Elijah knows every letter in the alphabet and can sing the alphabet song. We are very proud of him.
 He loves Curious George right now. He likes to fight with his little sister sometimes over toys,
but most of the time he likes her and plays games chasing her around, or vice-versa.

Elijah knows almost all of the letters of the alphabet, numbers 1-10 and the shapes: circle, square, star, oval, heart, triangle, rectangle, and plus. New sentences: "Love you", "I want it", "It's mine," "I have it."  He has all of his teeth now. His favorite game to play is to run and hide and say, "Elijah?" His favorite toys are still his cars and trucks. His favorite movie right now is "Cars."
 

September 2006

Elijah can say and identify the following:
Numbers 1-10, Letters: R, S, U, X, P and the shapes: circle, square, star, oval, and heart.
New sentences: "What did you do?", "Dada go to work?", "I broke it...you fix it."

June-August 2006

Elijah now sleeps in a toddler bed and his bedroom is in a superman theme. Elijah says all kinds of words and sentences now: "No, that is mine.", "That's a cat, "That's a bird....and will say almost anything you ask him too. He gives kisses and hugs freely, and says thank you. We have started potty training him. A good sign that he was ready, was when he began throwing his own diapers away in the garbage and asking to go potty! Elijah has ten teeth now and his favorite food right now is strawberries. His favorite toy is a remote control, 1969  Chevy Chevelle.

May 2006

Elijah is feeding himself now with a fork and spoon. His favorite thing to do is go for a walk outside.
Elijah runs to the door and says, "walk!". He can also say, "car!". He also enjoys picking flowers.

April 2006

Elijah has eight teeth says pee and "poopie" now and will point to his diaper. He will be ready for potty training soon.
He also can say, "Okay, All done! Not done!, What are you doing?, cup, bowl and chair."
 He likes to put his finger on his mouth and say, "shhh!" Elijah has eight teeth now.

Milestones this month:

Elijah asks questions now, and his favorite question is, "What is that?"
He also says Grandpa, Grandma, spider man, more, milk, juice, cheese.
He has six teeth. Two upper and bottom, and two bottom molars.
 

February 2006

Milestones this month:
Elijah has mastered running and he is saying "hello" to the phone, and shaking his head while saying "no."

January 2006

Milestones this month:
Elijah has added to his vocabulary:  "book, bye-bye, wow, cool, more, and thank-you."
He now has four teeth, two on top and two on bottom.
